Introductory information
Company information
The CPH Group is active in three industrial sectors. The Group develops, manufactures and distributes chemical products, newsprint and magazine paper and blister pack films for pharmaceutical customers. Headquartered in Switzerland, the Group maintains production facilities at eleven locations in 6 countries in Europe, Asia and North and South America. With its innovative products, the CPH Group offers its customers clear added value.
The shares of the Group’s holding company CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Scope of consolidation
The scope of consolidation extends to the following controlled companies, which are all fully consolidated (changes from prior year are explained below):

2 Until 18 September 2023 92 % of CNY 90 million, see note 32 to the consolidated financial statements
3 Founded on 6 September 2023
